The development management process begins with a feasibility study, which looks at the viability of the proposed project from a site suitability, financial feasibility and market demand standpoint. This process involves reviewing local market trends, assessing comparable sales and projects and evaluating the financial feasibility of the proposed development. 

The development management team will then work closely with the developer to create a detailed project plan outlining the scope of the project, timeframes, project budgets and any required marketing. This process involves working closely with Engineers, Architects, Councils and other external stakeholders to ensure the project is designed to meet all proposed requirements and remains aligned with the initial feasibility study and timelines. 

During the construction lifecycle of the project the development management team will oversee the development to ensure it is delivered on time, within budget and as per their contractual obligations with the appointed builder. Manor development Group will also act as a client-side superintendent, between builder and client, managing construction process, on-site meetings with the builder, monitoring build progress, quality control and resolving any on-site issues and delays that may arise.

Upon completion of the project, the development management team will liaise closely with developer to help market, showcase and sell the development to ensure it achieves the best possible return on investment. This process involves developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to help identify prospective buyers and ensure the project is sold or leased.
